What You'll Do

• Support strategic and cross-departmental projects.
• Conduct market, competition, and company analyses.
• Create presentations and decision-making templates for management.
• Assist in the preparation of meetings.
• Develop KPI overviews and support dashboard automation.
• Contribute to structuring and tracking OKR cycles.
• Participate in internal communications and cross-team coordination.

Requirements

• Studying Business Administration, Management, or a related field – ideally at the Master's level.
• Relevant practical experience through internships or working student positions.
• Structured, careful, and independent work style with a high degree of initiative.
• Strong analytical thinking and enthusiasm for strategic issues.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with a preference for cross-team collaboration.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management tools.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• Fluency in German.
