About the Role
We're hiring a Technical Support Engineer - Remote to join our growing team at Cryptio. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our enterprise customers in the finance and accounting sectors. As a remote Technical Support Engineer, you'll collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional technical customer support as a Technical Support Engineer remote.
- Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues using Zendesk tickets.
- Leverage your technical expertise to implement “one-time fixes” for recurring issues.
- Deploy the Cryptio stack locally, debug issues, and qualify bugs before escalating them.
- Contribute to our back office/tooling roadmap to enhance our services.
- Advocate Cryptio best practices both internally and externally.
- Provide feedback to the Engineering and Product teams based on customer needs.
- Mentor less experienced technical support engineers to foster growth.
- Collaborate with the Technical Support Lead to improve team processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant role as a Technical Support Engineer remote.
- Strong scripting and SQL experience.
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support tools.
- Strong knowledge of modern development tools such as Git, Docker, and CLI.
- Familiarity with Grafana or similar monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A collaborative mindset and team spirit.
- A quick learner with the ability to adapt rapidly to new challenges.
Nice to Have
- Interest in the crypto field (crypto knowledge is NOT mandatory).
- Prior experience working on finance-related or crypto-related products.
- Experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
