About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Support Agent remote to join our dynamic team at Moxie. As a Technical Support Agent remote, you will play a vital role in supporting our Moxie Suite and ensuring seamless operations across our internal teams. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a global team.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues and bugs reported by users.
  • Gather necessary information such as reproduction steps, logs, and screenshots to create high-quality bug tickets.
  • Assign severity levels to issues and resolve straightforward problems independently.
  • Coordinate with engineers for escalation and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Communicate status updates and timelines clearly to stakeholders, including Product Success Managers and engineers.
  • Act as a go-to resource for internal teams, providing accurate and timely guidance on Moxie Suite functionalities.
  • Build and maintain internal documentation, FAQs, and SOPs to enhance team knowledge.
  • Utilize tools like Django Admin and SQL to support internal operations and resolve data issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in a technical support or support operations role.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking or ticketing tools such as Jira or Linear.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and triage issues effectively.
  • Comfort with basic-to-intermediate SQL and experience using BI tools like Metabase.
  • Ability to document findings clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Experience troubleshooting application code.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and complex business workflows.
  • Experience creating internal documentation and SOPs.
