Technical Recruiter for Machine Learning & Data Science - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter for Machine Learning and Data Science roles to join our team remotely. In this role, you will drive end-to-end hiring processes, partnering closely with technical leadership to design and execute effective hiring strategies that attract top-tier talent. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while helping to scale high-impact technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Machine Learning, Data Science, and Engineering roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs and build effective talent strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates using multiple channels.
  • Screen candidates and manage pipeline progression end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with talent partners to track and deliver on hiring goals and metrics.
  • Use a data-driven approach to manage expectations and provide insights on pipeline health.
  • Champion an inclusive hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including technical recruiting.
  • At least 1 year of in-house recruiting experience within a tech company.
  • Proven experience hiring for Engineering, Data Science, and/or ML roles.
  • Strong track record of scaling technical teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consultative skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in high-growth or scaling organizations.
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing strategies and talent market trends.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Gem, Ashby, SeekOut, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
