About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Mid-Senior GenAI & ML Frameworks Engineer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing advanced machine learning solutions that enhance personalization and search capabilities. As a key member of the Apple Services GenAI & ML Frameworks team, you will work on cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to push the boundaries of what is possible in AI.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to improve personalization and search accuracy.
• Utilize advanced techniques such as foundation modeling, deep learning, and federated learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient ML systems.
• Optimize algorithms for resource conservation when delivering models to customer devices.
• Engage in the training and deployment of large-scale distributed systems.

Requirements

• BS/MS in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Proficient programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like Jax, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Demonstrated experience in training or deploying large models.
• Strong understanding of Deep Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with model compression and transfer learning techniques.
• Knowledge of algorithmic approaches to resource conservation.
