Technical Program Manager - Blockchain Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager - Remote to join our innovative team at Midnight Foundation. This role is pivotal in driving execution across complex, multi-party technical programs, including protocol development, infrastructure, validators, wallets, and partners. You will work in a privacy-first blockchain environment designed for regulated use cases, enabling programmable data protection through zero-knowledge proofs and selective disclosure.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage technical programs, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Translate protocol work into clear execution plans for timely launches and upgrades.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed and engaged.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Git and other version control systems.
• Knowledge of cryptography and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in blockchain applications.
