Technical Product Manager - Platform Engineering (Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a Technical Product Manager (Remote) to join Filigran, a pioneering company in the cybersecurity sector. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the vision and delivery of the 'XTM Cloud' product, ensuring that our platform engineering team remains focused and productive.

What You'll Do

  • Own the delivery structure across all three platform products: epics, milestones, sprints, and priorities.
  • Maintain a clear, up-to-date view of ongoing projects, identifying any blockers or risks.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with engineers and stakeholders.
  • Track and communicate ETAs, flag risks early, and help the team course-correct when needed.
  • Write and maintain product documentation, decision logs, and delivery reports.
  • Act as the coordination hub between Platform Engineering and other teams, ensuring engineers are never waiting on process or approvals.
  • Apply Filigran Product practices and participate in process improvements using tools like Notion and GitHub Projects.
  • Produce clear, concise delivery updates for internal stakeholders and leadership, translating technical progress into business-relevant language.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a software or infrastructure engineering environment.
  • Genuine technical literacy with comfort in reading architecture diagrams and understanding infrastructure concepts like Kubernetes and CI/CD.
  • Proven experience managing delivery in an agile or product-led environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and risk management.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring structure to unclear situations.
  • Remote-first mindset; based in Europe with a maximum ±2h gap from CET.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a SaaS company or open-source software environment.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure or platform engineering topics.
  • Experience with project management tools like Notion or GitHub Projects.
