What You'll Do

• Build and deploy web-based applications and internal tools that support our business operations.
• Implement core functionality using modern development frameworks.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance product capabilities.
• Ensure code quality is clean, practical, and maintainable.
• Collaborate directly with leadership and business teams to clarify evolving requirements.
• Translate business ideas into structured technical implementation plans.
• Write SQL queries to analyze product usage and operational data.
• Iterate quickly based on customer feedback and usage data to improve product functionality.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience building and shipping digital products.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
• Strong practical web development experience.
• Experience working with APIs and relational databases.
• Ability to write SQL to analyze product data.
• Experience deploying applications to live environments.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English (professional fluency required).
• Willing to work onsite in Manhattan 5 days/week.

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
