About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Client Systems Lead - Remote to join our dynamic team at SPACE44. In this role, you will serve as the trusted technical point of contact for clients utilizing AI systems on the PIPE44 platform. Your expertise will ensure effective communication and support, making a significant impact on our clients' success.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary technical contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Explain AI agent behavior and system outputs in a clear and concise manner.
  • Coordinate incident communication and provide timely updates to clients during technical issues.
  • Translate client requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
  • Provide regular operational reporting to clients, highlighting system performance and usage metrics.
  • Proactively identify and flag risks, recommending improvements to enhance system performance.
  • Serve as the first escalation layer for client issues, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Join pre-sales technical discussions to support the sales team with your technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Solid technical understanding of AI and LLM systems.
  • Experience in client-facing technical roles, demonstrating a calm and structured approach during incidents.
  • Ability to explain complex topics confidently to clients.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships effectively.
  • Experience with operational reporting and risk management.
