We are seeking a dedicated Waiter/Bartender to join our team at Palladium Hotel Group in Adeje, Spain. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to guests in our restaurant and other food and beverage areas. As a Waiter/Bartender, you will take and serve orders efficiently, ensuring a pleasant experience for our customers. What You'll Do

• Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met.
• Take and serve food and drink orders efficiently, adhering to restaurant protocols.
• Prepare assigned work areas for service, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with guests, providing recommendations and answering questions.
• Report any issues or incidents to management promptly.
• Stay informed about menu items and hotel facilities to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in table service in restaurants or hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of customer service standards and restaurant protocols.
• Ability to recommend dishes and beverages, taking orders efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Hospitality or restaurant training is desirable.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards in food service.

Nice to Have

• Additional language skills.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
