Service Operations Dispatcher - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

As a Service Operations Dispatcher remote, you will play a crucial role in scheduling jobs for service technicians, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Balance all assigned portfolio orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity.
• Manage service crew composition and adjust to meet demand effectively.
• Plan and monitor tools, parts, and services to ensure availability before crew mobilization.
• Oversee daily crew schedules and ensure alignment with service contract obligations.
• Guarantee timely communication with crews and partners to facilitate operations.
• Participate in periodic improvement activities to enhance KPIs and PPIs related to the role.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Proficiency in SAP and/or Salesforce is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with LEAN principles is a plus.
• Ability to understand technical and planning frameworks (training will be provided).
