About the Role

We are seeking a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top technical talent for our organization. This position allows you to leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies and stakeholder management to enhance our hiring processes and candidate experience.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for technical roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability.
  • Utilize AI tools and data-driven recruiting methods to streamline the hiring process and improve candidate experience.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring a fair and equitable approach to hiring.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering roles, including Full Stack Development and UI/UX principles.
  • Proven track record of successful stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships.
  • Experience with data-driven recruiting and talent strategy development.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with FinTech and SaaS industries.
  • Experience in program management and enablement.
  • Knowledge of DEI strategies and their application in recruitment.
