About the Role

We are looking for a Team Leader in Logistics Operations to join our expanding team at Coolblue. As a Team Leader, you will lead a team, implement innovative ideas, and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and manage a team of drivers, ensuring efficient operations and timely deliveries.
• Support your team leaders in achieving KPIs such as customer satisfaction and error-free deliveries.
• Lead projects aimed at enhancing depot efficiency and customer friendliness.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
• Recognize when additional resources are needed for growth and act accordingly.
• Engage in team-building activities, including fun games like table tennis.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a leader in any industry.
• Ability to achieve goals and not be intimidated by KPIs.
• Reside in or around Hamburg and eager for a dynamic role.
• Constantly generate new ideas for improving efficiency.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or early shifts.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Last Mile Delivery or Lean methodologies.
