About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Team Lead Marketing Publishing to join the Haufe Group, focusing on our publishing division. This remote opportunity allows you to lead marketing teams in Munich and Stuttgart while developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. As a Team Lead Marketing Publishing, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and driving customer engagement.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop marketing teams across our Munich and Stuttgart locations.
• Implement and refine marketing strategies to optimize audience engagement.
• Manage relevant marketing channels and initiatives, both online and offline.
• Expand our direct marketing activities to reach new customers.
• Optimize marketing processes and manage external service providers and agencies.
• Enhance brand management and communication strategies for our publishing brands.
• Collaborate with various departments and executives within the Haufe Group.
• Oversee budget planning and reporting directly to management.

Requirements

• Several years of relevant marketing experience in a publishing environment.
• Expertise in strategic marketing mix and initial leadership experience.
• Strong market and customer orientation with a knack for engaging content.
• Proficiency in SEA, SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Ability to think cross-functionally and conceptually.
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and teamwork.
• Experience managing external service providers and agencies.
• Fluency in German (minimum C1 level).
