What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Translate market, customer, and competitor insights into actionable plans.
• Lead product positioning and lifecycle management.
• Support product launches and follow up on R&D trials in close collaboration with regulatory and technical teams.
• Partner with Sales to enhance customer engagement and commercial effectiveness.
• Develop technical literature and promotional materials.
• Drive digital presence including website updates and social media activation.
• Organize and co-lead industry events, presentations, and symposia.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to maximize campaign reach and performance.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure a strong return on investment.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in marketing, ideally within agriculture or technical B2B sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the Portuguese agricultural market.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is an advantage).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
