We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead Finance for Photovoltaics to join our innovative team. What You'll Do

  • Lead financial planning and analysis for photovoltaic projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Enhance financial processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into project management.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the renewable energy sector.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in finance management, preferably in the renewable energy or construction sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including HGB and GAAP.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in project finance and risk assessment.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and green finance.
  • Knowledge of modular and timber construction.
