Ergonomics Intern - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Ergonomics Intern to join our team at Hutchinson, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing workplace ergonomics in an industrial setting. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to projects that improve employee well-being and productivity.

What You'll Do

• Manage ergonomics projects aimed at improving workstations across the site.
• Design and redesign workstations and machinery to enhance usability.
• Develop communication strategies around ergonomics within the organization.
• Act as a consultant for continuous improvement projects.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and analyses of workstations.
• Participate in CSSCT meetings and report project progress to management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary industrial teams to implement ergonomic solutions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Ergonomics or a related field (BAC+4/5).
• Strong autonomy and initiative in project management.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in facilitating meetings and working groups.
• Creative problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship or project experience in ergonomics.
• Familiarity with industrial environments.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
