Team Lead - Early Intervention in Psychosis (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Team Lead - Early Intervention in Psychosis to join our dedicated team. This remote position allows you to lead a small, multidisciplinary team focused on providing timely, person-centered support to individuals experiencing first-episode psychosis. As a Team Lead, you will blend your clinical expertise with strong leadership skills to ensure high-quality care and a supportive team environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide clinical leadership and oversee the development, organization, delivery, and management of a high-quality early intervention program.
- Manage referrals, ongoing cases, and the prioritization and allocation of work within the team.
- Ensure the delivery of NICE concordant packages of care and meet the Access and Waiting Standard as prescribed by NHS England.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other agencies to promote services and develop an integrated approach to care provision.
- Assist the clinical manager and service manager in delivering timely and targeted interventions within allocated resources, maintaining consistent quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within mental health services, particularly in early intervention.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage complex cases and demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to Trust values.
Nice to Have
- Experience with mental health service delivery in the NHS.
- Knowledge of current mental health policies and frameworks.
- Familiarity with data management systems and reporting.
