About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Team Lead - Early Intervention in Psychosis to join our dedicated team. This remote position allows you to lead a small, multidisciplinary team focused on providing timely, person-centered support to individuals experiencing first-episode psychosis. As a Team Lead, you will blend your clinical expertise with strong leadership skills to ensure high-quality care and a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversee the development, organization, delivery, and management of a high-quality early intervention program.
  • Manage referrals, ongoing cases, and the prioritization and allocation of work within the team.
  • Ensure the delivery of NICE concordant packages of care and meet the Access and Waiting Standard as prescribed by NHS England.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other agencies to promote services and develop an integrated approach to care provision.
  • Assist the clinical manager and service manager in delivering timely and targeted interventions within allocated resources, maintaining consistent quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within mental health services, particularly in early intervention.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex cases and demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to Trust values.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with mental health service delivery in the NHS.
  • Knowledge of current mental health policies and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data management systems and reporting.
