Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in technical recruiting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR operations and onboarding processes.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to fostering a positive candidate experience.
