About the Role

We're hiring a Time & Attendance Specialist to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate management of Time & Attendance activities for our external employees and clients. As a Time & Attendance Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining legal compliance and delivering an exceptional employee experience while optimizing processes.

What You'll Do

• Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance matters, assisting Senior Specialists and Experts on complex projects.
• Manage employee lifecycle leave and working hours matters with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advise on employment legislation and provide guidance on legal interpretations as a trusted consultant.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities.
• Develop and update global internal documentation pertaining to Time & Attendance based on legislative changes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and overall customer and employee experience enhancement.
• Safeguard employee data and confidential information, adhering to established protocols.
• Promote and exemplify Remote's values both internally and externally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events with care and legal compliance.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously on various tools.
• Experience with communication and project management tools such as Notion, Slack, and G-suite.
• Enthusiasm for AI and its applications in operations and automation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
