This is a self-motivated internship opportunity where you will be involved in various aspects of talent acquisition.

What You'll Do

  • Source and connect with talented candidates for various roles.
  • Advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms to attract potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update the company database to ensure accurate records.
  • Support candidate sourcing initiatives to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Manage calendars for the hiring team and candidates to streamline the interview process.
  • Utilize recruitment software to track open roles and candidate progress.
  • Assist with documentation and background checks for prospective hires.

Requirements

  • Personal laptop and stable internet connection are required.
  • Familiarity with Gmail, Google Drive, and spreadsheets is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable working with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work remotely, Monday–Friday, 12:00 – 20:00 WIB.
  • Available to start from February 1, 2026.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
