What You'll Do
- Source and connect with talented candidates for various roles.
- Advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms to attract potential candidates.
- Maintain and update the company database to ensure accurate records.
- Support candidate sourcing initiatives to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Manage calendars for the hiring team and candidates to streamline the interview process.
- Utilize recruitment software to track open roles and candidate progress.
- Assist with documentation and background checks for prospective hires.
Requirements
- Personal laptop and stable internet connection are required.
- Familiarity with Gmail, Google Drive, and spreadsheets is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable working with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work remotely, Monday–Friday, 12:00 – 20:00 WIB.
- Available to start from February 1, 2026.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry would be beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
