What You'll Do

• Prepare train arrival, departure, and maneuver routes as directed by the station supervisor.
• Complete the required technical documentation for train operations.
• Execute additional instructions from the station supervisor related to train traffic organization.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and open communication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in railway transport is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Lithuanian is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in operations or logistics.
• Knowledge of train scheduling systems.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
