Service Delivery Manager - Logistics and Proximity Support (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will oversee logistics and proximity support, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards for our clients. Your expertise will help us enhance our Digital Workplace Services and deliver exceptional support to our users.
What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the NOVA Laptop service offering.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and manage external stakeholders involved in service delivery.
- Oversee the management of laptop assets and Workplace Agency equipment for the Retail scope.
- Create and maintain various reports for SLA monitoring and strategic management.
- Prepare presentation materials for weekly governance meetings with providers and clients.
- Implement and optimize internal processes to enhance service quality.
- Manage escalations and inquiries through multiple communication channels.
- Draft requirement specifications in English for development teams and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Experience with reporting tools and ITSM.
- Familiarity with IT security concepts and ITIL methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AGILE methodology.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products such as Teams, Skype, and SharePoint.
- Previous experience in a service delivery or IT support role.
