About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a Remote Waiter position at The Perch. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and enjoy working in a vibrant restaurant environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Remote Waiter, you will be part of a dedicated team that has been serving delicious pizza and pasta for almost 45 years. Your role will involve ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience, whether at our Summertown or Jericho locations.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages with a smile.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet service goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a love for people and pizza.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
