About the Role

We are seeking a Station Operator Partner to join MOL Group in Hungary. This remote opportunity allows you to operate a gas station as an independent contractor. As a Station Operator Partner, you will be part of an innovative and dynamic team where learning and collaboration are key. You will have the chance to shape the direction of our national network while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Recognize customer needs and provide exceptional service in line with hospitality standards.
• Actively promote and introduce promotional offers to customers to achieve sales targets.
• Implement action plans necessary to meet traffic goals.
• Manage shop products responsibly and optimize inventory management.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of station staff.
• Ensure the safety and functionality of station equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Lead your own business operations effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or hospitality management is essential.
• Minimum intermediate level of Hungarian language proficiency.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience in managing a retail or hospitality unit is a plus.
• Previous experience as a gas station operator is advantageous.
• Relevant qualifications or references in the retail or hospitality sector.

Nice to Have

• Leadership experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Experience in managing food service units (e.g., street food, cafes, restaurants).
