About the Role

What You'll Do

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring strategies.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled recruitment tools and workflows is a plus.
- Experience in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of HR operations and best practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the healthcare or teleradiology industry.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and other collaborative tools.
- Certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition.
