Support Agent - Remote for Candlelight Events

About the Role

We’re hiring a Support Agent to join Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. This Support Agent remote position is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is revolutionizing the way people engage with live entertainment. Based in Spain, you will work remotely while supporting our Candlelight events across the US West and Canada.

What You'll Do

  • Provide internal and cross-team support by keeping tools like Jira, Slack, and Airtable organized and updated.
  • Coordinate with Producers and Project Managers to address day-to-day operational needs.
  • Assist with event setup and launch by creating and validating experiences in internal tools.
  • Perform back office updates to ensure information accuracy and consistency.
  • Support invoicing processes and collaborate with the Finance team.
  • Conduct venue research and initial outreach to potential partners.
  • Contribute to budget tracking and cost allocation for events.
  • Prepare and manage contracts related to events.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Spain and be legally eligible to work here.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in structured operations, support, or administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Comfortable using tools like Jira, Airtable, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a team-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with events, production, or the music industry is a bonus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer support or administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of event production processes.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly.
