About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant/Driver to join our team at the Dulux Decorator Centre in Southampton. This Sales Assistant/Driver remote position is essential for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales efforts. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales for AkzoNobel products.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers to provide a warm welcome and informed conversations about our products.
• Collaborate with in-store colleagues and the UK Sales Team to maximize sales and market share.
• Utilize client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Plan delivery routes and manage customer deliveries to homes and businesses.
• Participate in monthly store meetings and engagement planning.
• Restock the shop floor according to the merchandising plan.
• Encourage skill development among colleagues using our training tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service or retail role.
• Valid driving license.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Calm demeanor under pressure.
