Senior Delivery Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team at Space International. This remote delivery manager role is pivotal in overseeing the successful delivery of key projects and initiatives that drive our global expansion efforts. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, ensuring that we meet our strategic goals while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Manage the delivery process for various business lines and platforms, ensuring timely and effective execution of projects.
• Participate in quarterly planning and release-level estimations, leveraging your expertise in project management.
• Collect product initiatives and translate them into realistic timelines, determining the necessary sprints for objectives.
• Create and maintain product development and delivery roadmaps, along with progress dashboards.
• Serve as the primary contact for delivery-related issues, tracking and managing timelines effectively.
• Ensure the RAIDs document is current and that risks are mitigated proactively.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and facilitate resolutions to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and support teams throughout the delivery process.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in project delivery or project management, with a proven track record in large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• PMP and PMI-ACP certifications are a plus.
• Strong emotional intelligence to manage team dynamics and conflicts.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and XP.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Excellent communication skills and a high sense of ownership and accountability.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
