Strategic Leadership Director - Remote Position in Crypto

About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Leadership Director remote to define and lead our company’s long-term strategic roadmap across digital asset investment, quantitative trading, and Web3 infrastructure. In this role, you will identify emerging opportunities in blockchain ecosystems, DeFi protocols, and institutional crypto markets. Your ability to translate macro market trends into actionable business strategies will be crucial for our success.

What You'll Do

• Define and lead the company’s strategic initiatives in the crypto space.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with exchanges, liquidity providers, and institutional investors.
• Conduct market intelligence research to guide product development and investment strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to align company objectives.
• Support fundraising efforts and strategic communications with investors.
• Develop initiatives that enhance investment capabilities and institutional partnerships.
• Identify new verticals including asset management products and AI-driven strategies.

Requirements

• 8–15+ years of experience in strategy, investment, fintech, or digital asset markets.
• Prior leadership experience in crypto, hedge funds, or quantitative trading firms.
• Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems and digital asset market structure.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and business expansion.
• Experience working with institutional investors or global asset managers.
