About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Growth Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Okta. In this role, you will operationalize account data and business insights to enhance demand generation and pipeline performance. As a key player in our GrowthX initiative, you will help redefine how we approach the market, focusing on signal-based strategies that resonate with our customers.
What You'll Do
- Translate account and buyer intelligence into effective demand generation or ABM plays.
- Collaborate with Global and Regional Demand Gen and Field Marketing teams to enhance targeting precision.
- Embed signal-driven insights into campaigns, programs, events, and outbound motions.
- Monitor and optimize pipeline creation, acceleration, and closed progression.
- Drive measurable outcomes and iterate on strategies based on performance data.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Demand Generation and/or ABM.
- Strong understanding of pipeline stages and revenue mechanics.
- Experience with signal-based GTM platforms.
- Ability to influence cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven track record of translating data into actionable business narratives.
Nice to Have
- Experience in prospecting or SDR roles.
- Background in B2B SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with tiered account strategies in ABM programs.
