Store Associate - Carrefour Market Europe (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join Carrefour Market Europe. In this role, you will work according to a predefined schedule set by your manager. As a Store Associate, you will be versatile, working between the checkout and food/non-food aisles. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with customers and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Prepare the store for customer arrivals between 6 AM and 9 AM, ensuring products are attractively displayed.
• Assist customers throughout the day by answering their questions and providing support.
• Facilitate smooth transactions at the checkout.
• Ensure accurate price displays to enhance visibility of our offers and promotions.
• Prioritize customer needs and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
• Work flexible hours between 6 AM and 8 PM (and until 9 PM on Fridays) for 5 days a week, including weekends.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, sales, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong emphasis on cleanliness and order.
• Customer-oriented with a service mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.
