Stock Assistant - Retail Position

About the Role

We are hiring a Stock Assistant to join our Mango team in Limerick, Ireland. This Stock Assistant role is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with weekday and weekend availability. As a Stock Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-stocked and organized, contributing to our mission of providing an exceptional shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Receive and control merchandise deliveries daily, maintaining order and tidiness to avoid damage and prevent stock loss.
• Open boxes and organize merchandise systematically according to stockroom guidelines.
• Perform daily replenishment to ensure the store has the right product at the right time.
• Support colleagues on the store floor with replenishment and additional orders as needed.
• Quickly and efficiently handle individual store requests.
• Reorganize stockroom space optimally according to store needs.
• Maintain a clean and tidy stockroom environment.
• Collaborate in preparing materials required for store changes.

Requirements

• Motivated and hardworking individual with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when necessary.
• Dynamic and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in a retail or stock management role is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and management.
