Staff Product Designer - Remote Healthcare Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Product Designer to join Omada Health's remote team. As a Staff Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our member experience product team, collaborating with product managers, engineers, behavioral researchers, and data scientists. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about creating engaging, user-centered designs that promote lasting health changes. In this Staff Product Designer remote role, you will lead design initiatives, mentor fellow designers, and advocate for user needs across our product offerings.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring a user-centered approach in all aspects of product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and opportunities in the member and care team experience.
• Utilize user-centered design methodologies to create prototypes, wireframes, and final visual designs.
• Translate business strategy and user aspirations into actionable product development opportunities.
• Mentor and support other designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Drive the integration of AI into design workflows to enhance user experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve Omada's design processes and systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design solutions.
• Exceptional experience design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in design systems and experience in building human-centered AI products.
• Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders and articulate design decisions effectively.
• Experience leading complex projects independently from concept to launch.
• Experience mentoring and managing other designers is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Experience collaborating with user researchers and data scientists.
• Familiarity with behavioral psychology principles.
