About the Role

We're hiring a Product (UI/UX) Designer to join our dynamic team at Databox, a fast-growing SaaS company. As a Product (UI/UX) Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our products that empower businesses to monitor and improve their performance. What You'll Do

• Plan, build, and evaluate new UI designs and graphical materials while maintaining high design standards.
• Evaluate and improve existing user interface designs to enhance user satisfaction.
• Create prototypes for new product ideas, ensuring they align with user needs.
• Test intuitivity and user experience to optimize product usability.
• Build and maintain your own Design System to streamline design processes.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Directors, and Engineers to achieve design objectives.
• Contribute to a growing team and develop your skills as a designer.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product (UI/UX) Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating outstanding products.
• Excellent knowledge of Figma and experience in Design Systems.
• Systematic problem-solving approach with excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with frontend development concepts.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
