About the Role
Webflow is hiring a full-time Staff Product Designer – New Products to join our innovative team. This remote Staff Product Designer role allows you to work from anywhere in Canada, contributing to exciting new product initiatives that will shape the future of our platform.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design process for new product features, ensuring a user-centered approach that aligns with our business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to create seamless user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster their growth and development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a SaaS environment or with web-based products.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
