As a Portfolio Lead, you will curate a world-class product set that equips learners with essential data skills, ensuring they thrive in today’s digital landscape.

What You’ll Do

• Own the development and iteration of our Data product offerings, analyzing data to enhance bookings and retention.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to validate market assumptions and shape communication strategies.
• Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and skills development opportunities.
• Support cross-functional teams in launching and iterating learning products that meet client and learner needs.
• Establish feedback loops to continuously improve product quality and learner engagement.

Requirements

• Strong background in data upskilling with a network of industry experts.
• Proven experience in launching and improving learning products across diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with technical leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to balance learner experience with practical resource constraints.
• Vision for applied learning and a commitment to leveraging AI in educational practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience in data science, analytics, or engineering.
• Familiarity with cohort-based or online content creation.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like the UK Apprenticeship Levy.
