About the Role

HubSpot is hiring a full-time Staff Product Designer to join our innovative Fintech team, working remotely from the USA. As a Staff Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our financial products, ensuring they are user-friendly and meet the needs of our diverse customer base. What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for new financial products, from ideation to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to define product vision and strategy.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in product design.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in Fintech or related industries.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or SaaS products.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
