Enterprise Account Executive - DACH Focus at XBOW
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Enterprise Account Executive (DACH) to join our innovative team at XBOW. As a leader in cybersecurity, we are redefining the landscape with our autonomous pentester powered by AI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our sales strategy and driving our mission to combat cyber threats effectively. This Enterprise Account Executive remote position offers you the opportunity to work closely with our executive leadership and have a direct impact on our product evolution.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the team, founders, and product to refine positioning and gather customer insights.
- Define and build repeatable outbound and inbound sales motions.
- Engage with technical stakeholders including engineering, platform, security, and compliance.
- Manage your sales pipeline with a focus on velocity, value, and clarity.
- Partner cross-functionally to shape pricing strategies and enhance customer experience.
- Focus on DACH region while managing EMEA accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven SaaS sales experience, particularly in Security or Application Security.
- Demonstrated experience selling to enterprise customers.
- Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to thrive in early-stage environments and build sales playbooks.
- Strong communication skills with technical buyers.
- Proven ability to create demand and prospect effectively.
- Ownership mindset and a bias for action.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to Financial Services or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with compliance or risk-adjacent workflows (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Prior experience as a founding or early sales hire.
