Intellectual Property Lawyer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and strategic Intellectual Property Lawyer remote to join Ruby Labs, a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. This role is pivotal in shaping our legal strategy and safeguarding our digital product portfolio. As an Intellectual Property Lawyer remote, you will be at the forefront of protecting our assets and driving competitive advantage through legal frameworks.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage intellectual property strategy across the company’s digital product portfolio.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and identify potential IP infringements or threats.
• Develop and execute enforcement strategies to protect the company’s intellectual property rights.
• Advise leadership on IP-related risks and opportunities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements and contracts.
• Coordinate with external counsel on litigation and enforcement matters.
• Maintain and strengthen the company’s IP portfolio, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
• Stay current on IP law developments and industry trends relevant to digital products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in intellectual property law, preferably in the tech or digital products space.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to use legal frameworks as competitive tools.
• Excellent English proficiency (C1 or above).
• Ability to work autonomously with high discretion.
• Experience in IP enforcement and litigation management.
• Located within ±4 hours of Central European Time (CET).
