About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Product Designer remote to join our innovative team at Sigma Computing. This role is pivotal as we strive to create an insight-driven world through our cloud-native business intelligence platform. You'll be working alongside a talented team dedicated to making data analytics accessible and usable for everyone, especially non-technical users.

What You'll Do

  • Lead multiple areas of our product, defining the future of data analytics.
  • Collaborate with a team of data-obsessed professionals to iterate, learn, and deliver value to our customers.
  • Create simple and elegant designs that delight business users as they explore data and generate insights.
  • Own product areas from design concept to release, ensuring high-quality design solutions.
  • Work closely with product management, research, customer success, and support teams to gather end-user feedback and improve product adoption.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in interaction design, with a strong portfolio showcasing product design work.
  • Proven ability to drive vision while managing day-to-day improvements.
  • Exceptional interaction design fundamentals with a flair for visual appeal.
  • Experience leading complex design projects and delivering high-quality solutions autonomously.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills to explain design decisions clearly.

Nice to Have

  • Startup experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in Figma and other design tools.
  • Experience with AI applications and analytics platforms.
