What You'll Do

  • Implement complex parts of the squad's roadmap with high standards for quality, including code, tests, and documentation.
  • Challenge product specifications to maximize business impact and reduce unnecessary complexity.
  • Participate actively in architectural decisions and the evolution of the Seyna platform.
  • Deepen your knowledge of key frameworks and services, enhancing the technical level of your team.
  • Mentor team members, propose solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
  • Strong backend knowledge, particularly with Node.js and AWS services.
  • Ability to make architectural decisions and communicate them effectively.
  • Experience with modern development methodologies and a product-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Python and SQL.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices.
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial technology sectors.
