About the Role

What You'll Do
- Implement complex parts of the squad's roadmap with high standards for quality, including code, tests, and documentation.
- Challenge product specifications to maximize business impact and reduce unnecessary complexity.
- Participate actively in architectural decisions and the evolution of the Seyna platform.
- Deepen your knowledge of key frameworks and services, enhancing the technical level of your team.
- Mentor team members, propose solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Strong backend knowledge, particularly with Node.js and AWS services.
- Ability to make architectural decisions and communicate them effectively.
- Experience with modern development methodologies and a product-oriented mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices.
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial technology sectors.
