What You'll Do

• Be a Hunter: Own the outbound pipeline by leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and niche communities to find and engage top talent.
• Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire recruitment journey from the initial contact to the final offer for various roles across the company.
• Strategize with the Best: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define what 'great' looks like for each role and develop interview plans accordingly.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting our vibrant culture.
• Stay Organized: Utilize Teamtailor effectively to maintain clean pipelines, structured feedback, and actionable data.
• Maintain Speed: Help us keep our recruitment momentum without compromising on quality.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-moving startup or product tech company.
• Proficiency in building talent maps and crafting outreach that garners responses.
• Experience with Teamtailor or similar ATS to manage high-volume pipelines efficiently.
• Fluent in English with strong rapport-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
• A passion for recruitment, viewing it as a way to connect with people and create meaningful career opportunities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in tech recruitment or knowledge of the mobile app industry.
• Familiarity with various sourcing channels beyond traditional methods.
