Solutions Engineer Team Lead - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer Team Lead to join Absorb Software in a fully remote capacity. As a Solutions Engineer Team Lead, you will blend your technical expertise with client-facing skills, leading a globally distributed team of Solutions Engineers. This role offers the opportunity to coach and develop team members while ensuring consistent global coverage across EMEA and North America.
What You'll Do
- Coach Solutions Engineers on demo delivery, solution design, technical discovery, and accurate scoping.
- Support trials, deep-dive technical conversations, and integration workflows.
- Maintain expertise in Absorb LMS and its add-ons, including eCommerce and data connectors.
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex product, data, or configuration questions.
- Equip team members to confidently address EMEA-specific security, privacy, and compliance topics.
- Improve SE processes and best practices across regions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to enhance customer outcomes.
- Guide SEs on how to communicate technical concepts to non-technical buyers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a customer-facing solutions professional with strong technical expertise in LMS and/or SaaS environments.
- Solid understanding of EMEA security and data protection requirements, including GDPR.
- Confidence engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A coaching mindset that builds capability and drives continuous improvement.
- Clear communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
- A hands-on, proactive approach to support calls or opportunities.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting Enterprise clients or large organizations.
- Exposure to Enterprise-level contracts and complex deal structures.
