Twilio is seeking a talented Solution Acceleration Architect - Remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a critical part in accelerating the adoption of new solutions and platform capabilities among our top global customers.

What You'll Do

• Drive B2B builder activation events and hackathons at flagship or target Direct accounts.
• Define and refine the adoption blueprint by partnering closely with various teams.
• Drive adoption of the next best solution and platform capabilities for customers.
• Evangelize Twilio within the B2B builder communities.
• Accelerate customer adoption in paid pilots for new platform capabilities.
• Utilize your software engineering expertise to ensure customers’ builder teams develop a deep understanding of the solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Demo Platform Engineering and Enterprise Architect teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Proven track record of building custom demos and workshops.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in cloud-based solutions and APIs.
• Familiarity with customer engagement platforms.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
