About the Role
Twilio is seeking a talented Solution Acceleration Architect - Remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a critical part in accelerating the adoption of new solutions and platform capabilities among our top global customers.
What You'll Do
- Drive B2B builder activation events and hackathons at flagship or target Direct accounts.
- Define and refine the adoption blueprint by partnering closely with various teams.
- Drive adoption of the next best solution and platform capabilities for customers.
- Evangelize Twilio within the B2B builder communities.
- Accelerate customer adoption in paid pilots for new platform capabilities.
- Utilize your software engineering expertise to ensure customers’ builder teams develop a deep understanding of the solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Demo Platform Engineering and Enterprise Architect teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development.
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
- Proven track record of building custom demos and workshops.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in cloud-based solutions and APIs.
- Familiarity with customer engagement platforms.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
