About the Role
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team at Bobbie. This remote position is perfect for someone who is passionate about building a community and engaging with audiences across various social media platforms. As a Social Media Manager, you will execute our organic social strategy, create engaging content, and foster meaningful connections with our audience.
What You'll Do
- Execute Bobbie’s organic social media strategy and manage daily publishing across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Build tailored social and content strategies for each channel, ensuring a cohesive narrative that drives engagement and business growth.
- Create platform-native content including short-form videos, photos, and graphics using tools such as iPhone, CapCut, Canva, or Figma.
- Engage with our community, manage social-listening, and respond to DMs in partnership with the customer experience team.
- Identify trends and cultural moments that Bobbie can participate in, ensuring timely and relevant content.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and other departments to support campaign-based content requests.
- Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve future content strategies.
- Oversee freelance or contract creator support as needed to fulfill content needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing multiple social media channels, preferably in a startup or CPG brand environment.
- Proven ability to create and edit compelling assets for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience with tools like Nectar, Figma, and Canva.
- A strong sense of customer empathy to create relatable content for parents.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute day-to-day social media management.
Nice to Have
- Experience in eCommerce or DTC brands.
- Comfort with filming and appearing in social content.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing social media trends and algorithms.
