About the Role

We are seeking a talented Site Reliability Engineer - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our cloud services and infrastructure. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will work closely with development and operations teams to implement automation and monitoring solutions that enhance our systems' efficiency and reliability.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system architecture and deployment processes.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing processes.
  • Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis to continuously improve system reliability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Golang.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and incident management.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and principles.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
