Shift Leader - Cleaning Services (Remote Option)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Shift Leader in Cleaning Services to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will ensure that our customers travel in clean trains. This role involves leading your team while also participating in cleaning tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleaning quality of the trains, ensuring customer satisfaction. This Shift Leader position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while managing a team effectively.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate cleaning operations to ensure high standards are met.
• Participate in cleaning tasks alongside your team to maintain quality.
• Organize and prioritize personnel resources based on operational needs and scheduled services.
• Serve as the primary contact for your team and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
• Support your team in achieving optimal working conditions and maintaining safety standards.
• Assist your supervisor in onboarding new employees and training them in cleaning protocols.

Requirements

• Experience in the cleaning industry, ideally with knowledge of railway operations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Completed vocational training as a building cleaner (EFZ).
• Proficient in using digital tools for operational management.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to varying schedules.
• Fluent in the local language at B1 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Previous leadership experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Experience with customer service in a transportation setting.
