About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop team members in the Digital Analysis & Support group.
• Plan and manage projects related to smart services, ensuring effective 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices for service delivery.
• Utilize your expertise in data analysis and condition monitoring to enhance service capabilities.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in service management, particularly in service projects.
• Strong knowledge in data analysis and condition monitoring is highly desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management applications.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Excellent command of both German and English, both written and spoken.
