About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team at airSlate. This remote position offers you the opportunity to work with a global SaaS technology company that is at the forefront of no-code workflow automation and document management solutions. As a Quality Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, which serve hundreds of millions of users worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Perform both manual and automated testing of our products, ensuring seamless document sending and signing workflows.
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for UI and API testing.
- Conduct accessibility, localization, and responsive testing to enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain automated UI and API tests using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Implement test execution pipelines within the CI/CD process, ensuring smooth integration and deployment.
- Participate in release validation, smoke, and regression testing before production deployments.
- Collaborate with developers on bug triage, root cause analysis, and improving test reliability.
- Contribute to test coverage analysis and reporting, assisting in defining and refining the test strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in manual and automated testing (UI, API, database).
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Playwright, Allure, and API testing tools (Postman).
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD processes, and release management.
- Strong knowledge of test strategies, QA processes, and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and SDLC best practices.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning through courses, certifications, or workshops.
- English proficiency at Intermediate+ (B2) level.
Nice to Have
- Experience with performance testing tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with Docker or containerization technologies.
